SIGNED by the editor, Padraic Colum, on front free endpaper. Not personalized. NOT ex-library. Hardcover has green cloth-covered boards with black spine lettering. Binding tight. Hinges NOT cracked. Spine ends bumped. Covers have light surface and edge wear. Pages lightly and uniformly tanned but still supple. Four pages have a one-half inch tear at the top edge in the margin. One page has an ink smudge at bottom corner. Fore edge of pages has a small spot. Pages otherwise clean and unmarked. 620 pages. Color-illustrated dust jacket has overall surface rubbing, chipped and nicked edges, and small tears. Some light foxing on jacket surface; spine is a bit darkened. Dust jacket is price clipped. Edited, with an introduction by Padraic Colum. Carefully packed, shipped in a box.
