Occasional foxing, usually peripheral and not heavy. 508pp. A fine early text on American pediatrics. The author (1768-1841) was a Philadelphia physician, best known for his works on obstetrics and midwifery. First edition of this book was published in 1825. . Second Edition, with Corrections. Full Brown Calf. Moderate General Wear/No Dust Jacket. Large Octavo.
