The book, published in 1967, is in good order, despite being over 50 years old. The binding is tight and straight but has slight yellowing of pages, which are complete, and not marked. There is a biro line on the inner back board. The dust jacket is well handled, with a small tear on upper spine, a knock on rear corner, and a biro line on the back. The DJ is clipped.
Publishing date is the same as copyright date, and is a rare book in hardback mode. Published by Macmillan in 1967 Page count 447. This book predates ISBN use.
