Stated: First published in the United States of America by Stein and Day Publishers, 1968. No other printings noted. Hard cover in very good condition with royal blue boards; gold gilt spine lettering; sunning to the spine. Top of text block stained red. Interior text block clean & tight but for a large check mark at top right of front free end paper; no other writing or markings noted. Contains pages wtih, in total, 15 glossy black & white photographs and also several illustrations. Dust jacket very good with shelf & edge wear, age toning, corners bumped & chipped; wrinkles, small chips, and wear to head & hell of spine. Not price clipped.
