Good Plus/Fair/No Jacket. 12mo. pp. [xi], [12]-386, [6] ads. 12 plates/embellishments including frontispiece and one map present, second profile map of St. Lawrence River and Lake Country missing. Original binding is fair minus, worn through to boards at corners and edges, chipped at top and bottom of spine, cloth worn through along 5" of front hinge. Protected in mylar. Interior of book is good plus, pages and text very clean, previous owner's name on first blank page. The 10 page appendix is noted as the second edition. Includes lists of railroad and steamboat routes with miles, times, and fares. A scarce copy.
