Book #14 in the popular girl's series in the "Deluxe Editions" from the mid-1960s, which were slightly larger, with cameo endpapers & brightly decorated matte paper-covered boards. Illustrated by Paul Frame, in 254 pages. Orig. published in this new format in 1965, listing to Book #15 in front matter indicates that this is a slightly later printing. With decorative matte paper-covered boards, this hardcover book is in Good+/VG- condition: very clean & bright, text block secure, but cracked & reglued at title page gutter. Pages moderately tanned, heavier around edges. Mild-moderate rubbing to extremities, heavier at both ends of spine, & modest corner bumping.
