Half brown morocco over marbled boards. Gilt decorated spine compartments. All edges gilt. Woodcut vignettes on title pages. Illustrated throughout with hundreds of finely executed text engravings by Maurice Leloir. Minor rubbing at edges and extremities. One gathering in Vol. I is partly loose, but this is still a very good set.
