98 pages. First edition (first printing). A near fine to fine copy in the publisher's green cloth, with the original unprinted acetate jacket, which is also near fine. The slipcase is very good, with some wear to the edges. This copy is nicely inscribed by the author, "Inscribed with best wishes for Milton H. Glover. Dana S. Lamb. Sunken Meadow, December 11, 1963.
