This is the "author's edition, distributed free". Included , laid in , is the"APPENDIX" by Freeman Hall , 62 page pamphlet, also VG. Book itself is dark olive green with gilt lettering/design to front, gilt lettering/rules to spine. Spine is modestly rubbed, front is rich with bright gilt.Frontispiece with tissue guard. Color illustration with tissue guards. Neat PO initials on both front paste down and FEP . Otherwise unmarked, crisp, and tight. Pamphlet also unmarked and VG.
