Venice: Philippus Pincius, 1510. Early Edition. Hardcover (Vellum). Good Condition. Early vellum browned and brittle, book coming away from binding, old portrait of Cicero pasted to front pastedown, old note and catalog entry on pastedown as well as old Chinese stamp on pastedown and title. Title brown with tear and loss in top margin and bottom excised with some loss of text on verso, edges dampstained, first signature loose, small wormtrail in the margin for around a dozen leaves around leaf 80, Lower margin of final leaf excised but with no loss of text. Generally very good, but with the aforementioned faults. A finely printed book with woodcuts on the title, leaf 2, 28, 43, 66, 85. 113, (1) leaves. Lacking front blank. Size: Quarto (4to).
