Parodies of fiction and non-fiction, dramas, and literary criticism by Max beerbohm, Robert Benchley, Cyril Connolly, Peter De Vries, John Updike, Woolcott Gibbs, S.J. Perelman, Edmond Wilson, Frank Sullivan and James Thurber among many others. Text is clean, tight and unmarked. Cream-colored cloth boards with stamped silver spine and pink and orange jesters is G, clean except for slight darkening along edges. DJ is intact bit soiled, bumped and chipped.
