London: William Heinemann, 1892. Fourth Edition. Cloth. Very Good/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Green cloth with gilt decoration to the front board and to the spine. Illustrated throughout with black and white plates. Book is slightly cocked, with some faint wear to the cloth at the outer extremities of the boards and spine; head of spine slightly frayed. Occasional marginalia.
