Pages and binding are presentable with no major defects. Minor issues present such as mild cracking, inscriptions, inserts, light foxing, tanning and thumb marking. Overall a good condition item. Boards have mild shelf wear with light rubbing and corner bumping. Some light marking and sunning. Unclipped jacket has light edge wear with minor chipping and creasing. Some tanning and foxing to all surfaces, particularly to spine.

The title says it all, but of note, is that the last column of the book is probably the poet's most famous – The Soldier. Minor creasing of the book corners and rubbing of the book edges and panels. Foxing to the panels, predominantly to the front cover with handling marks to the rear cover. Sunning of the back strip. Uniform tanning of the text block edges and age toning of pages. Previous owners name to the top edge of the half title page along with a cracking of the spine – please see photograph, also present are a few foxing spots. Size: 16mo (very small). 47, [1] pages'.
