Published to mark Dahl's 70th birthday, the volume comprises two short stories, "Princess and the Poacher" and "Princess Mammalia", which had never been published before and were intended for an adult readership. Octavo. Original black boards, spine lettered in gilt. With dust jacket. Colour frontispiece, and black and white illustrations in the text by Graham Dean. Extremities a little bumped, front pastedown lifting slightly; extremities of jacket slightly rubbed, not price-clipped: a very good copy in like jacket.
