US: George Braziller, 1963. First Printing. Hardback. Very Good/Very Good. First Printing. Yellow cloth over boards with silver and black particulars to spine; black decoration to front board. Scattered foxing to margins of plates throughout; otherwise, pages are clean and unmarked. Text block is foxed; top edge soiled and sunned; scuffing to corner at lower edge. Boards are clean and bright with rubbing to edges, corners and ends of spine; corners and ends of spine bumped. Binding is tight and square. Dust jacket has light scattered foxing particularly to rear cover and edges with sunning to spine; light rubbing to corners, creasing to ends of spine, and closed tears to top edge of front cover; scuffing to spine.
