The top edges of the covers are slightly darkened & the head of the spine is slightly faded. The dust jacket is rubbed with light staining to its front panel. Its rear panel is soiled with foxing around the edges & with the remnants or a price-sticker obscuring 1 word of the copy. The head of the jacket spine is chipped. 286 pages. There is a remainder mark on the top edge. Very good in a good dust wrapper. <p>First edition.
