About This Item
[San Francisco]: Associated Press, 1967. First Edition. Very Good +.. One photo shows two elaborately dressed hippies dancing at a celebration at the Panhandle. The other captures two girls embracing on Haight Street as a hippie walks by. Accompanying text suitably smarmy. Nice memento of the establishment's view of the counterculture. 2 black-and-white wire service photos. One 8" x 11"; the second 6.5" x 8". AP text to bottom of each photo; crop marks; stamps and notations to verso related to publication. Else one photo fine, the other very good with minor creasing.
