Single volume (220 x 144 mm), pp. 27, [5], partially unopened. Bound in original blue quarter cloth with paper sides, letterpress spine label, with original printed dust jacket with large crescent moon on front. Signed by the author with copy number in rear. Minor toning and spotting, spotting/toning to both free endpapers, else very good to near-fine. Limited edition of 250 copies, of which this is copy number 102, signed by the author and "Hand-printed by Herbert Jones at the Blue Moon Press". Published the same year as Hampson's breakout publication, Saturday Night at the Greyhound (Hogarth Press). Charles Lahr (1885-1971) founded the Blue Moon Press in after running the Progressive Bookshop in Red Lion Street, Holborn for several years. Stock ref. 1828
