Chatto & Windus , 1945. Hardcover. Good/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. Both copies in very similar condition. Faded at the spine to a lighter shade of red. Volume Two has a few very small dark red stains on the spine, but not very noticeable. Volume Two is inscribed on the front end paper, 'Arthur C Hutchison, Richmond Feb '46'. No other inscriptions in either two volumes. Gofernment Archives of Southern Rhodesia, The Matabele Journals of Robert Moffat 1929-1960: Volume One and Two edited by J. P. R. Wallis, published by Chatto & Windus in 1945.
