Np, 1927. Manuscript. Very good. One page. 8.5" x 11". Initialed in pencil, lower right with date. Vail has written this piece about an unheralded wreath laying on TR's grave by President Coolidge. A very moving piece. An unidentified person has written, "Very well done" at bottom left.
