Time Inc., New York/Life News Book., 1965. First Edition (shown).. Softcover.. Fine/--. 11 1/8 x 8 1/4 x 5/16.. NON SMOKING STORE. My listing INCLUDES PHOTO OF ACTUAL BOOK for sale. RARE LIMITED EDITION BOOK for the Funeral of Sir Winston Churchill. Book FINE/ Covers Very Good. Covers are thick gloss card, front is brassy beige with black/white drawing, back is white with black/white photo. Back cover has some age darkening around edges and light marks from adjacent book show in the white part, also three small numbers in pencil, four in pen, a few small creases, a small bit of white glue, no rips, and a small piece cut out of centre of back cover 1 1/8 x 1/4 inch. Spine has a number of tiny creases some of which have cracked the top paper a bit, and a bit of chipping at top and bottom. Front cover has a few small creases, two faint round marks one with a few small rubs on the finish, a few miscellaneous marks, and along the bottom are two rows of faint round rub marks, in some cases taking off the beige top finish. Page edges are sunned. Inside front and back covers along spine and elsewhere are a few tiny age marks. Inside of book is clean, bright, tight, crisp, clean, no dog ears, no rips. Photo of book is online. A RARE, limited edition book at the time of the funeral of Sir Winston Churchill. Coated stock. A large size book. Wonderful colour photos and paintings. Black/white photos. Illustrations. Colour reproduction of Churchill’s Coat of Arms. Reproduction of his listing in Who’s Who.

My books are from a large private collection, very well taken care of and rarely handled. All descriptions and photos are of the actual books I'm selling. I'm happy to answer any questions regarding my books, just ask. IMPORTANT RE POSTAGE: I'm in Canada so books to the USA/Other Countries are International shipments and may be delayed by CUSTOMS and/or HOMELAND SECURITY. I'm using the Biblio standard postage matrix, which gives average postage fees, therefore sometimes for an OVERSIZE or LARGE heavy book or expensive book, the postage may be too low and may require extra charges. If I know this in advance, I will notify the buyer before the order is processed.
This is not a huge book warehouse, it is a small one-owner store run by a true book lover. POSSIBLE DELAYS: I'm elderly and disabled and while this usually does not cause a delay in order processing, it sometimes may cause a small delay for me to get to the post office.
