New York: Self-published, 1962. First Thus . Hardcover. Very Good/Dust Jacket Included. First printing, this edition with commentary by Norm Flayderman. Original was printed in 1916. 72 pp. of text + IX b&w plates and one color plate, all printed recto only, oversized hardcover in beige linen, dust jacket. Text is Nearly Fine with no owner's name, no noticeable wear. Dust jacket is price-clipped, edge-worn with some short tears (some tape-reinforced), some chipping near head of spine around 1/2" deep. An attractive NF/Goog copy of this scarce reference.
