Knoxville: University of Tennessee Press; (1970). First Edition . Hardcover. Very good in a very good dust jacket. Minor soiling to page edges; book is tight and square. The price clikpped jacket has a little edgewear, and one small creased tear at the bottom of the front panel. Includes footnotes, bibliographical essay, and an index; 222 pages. Inscribed by the author on the front endpaper (signed "T. Buckley"), and dated in 1982. The conference resulted in a significant reduction of military weapons at the time.
