Good (book - spine sunned and with shelf wear to head and tail incl, 5 mm approx split to cloth at hinge to front, no previous owner name or insc. glue to back strip failing with consequential straining to signatures, binding otherwise sound and sewing/ mull and cords holding with no cracks to end papers, no other notable defect).
