One of 300 signed and numbered copies bound in the publisher's original quarter vellum and patterned boards with avellum label on the cover with title "Vale" stamped in black. Some minor shelfwear and chipping to bards. Previous owners bookplate on front pastedown and presentations in ink on ffep. Includes poems from Chaucer, Shakespeare, Robert Burns, S.T. Coleridge, Robert Louis Stevenson, Christina Rossetti, John Donne, and more.
