First Edition, Third Impression. Publisher: McGraw-Hill Book Company, Inc. New York, 1915. Hardcover: Green cloth with lettering in gilt. 170 pages. Cover shows a few stains. At the top corner of the inside cover, some paper is worn off and the first page is loose along the spine (see photo). Between pages 120 and 121, pages separate from spine, though they are still attached (see photo). Pages are clean and unmarked on the inside but show rusty brown spotting along the outside edges (see photos).
