Very slight surface wear to corners, no fraying; a smattering of very tiny spots to cloth. Binding is tight and square, hinges are sound - no cracking. Pages and edges are clean (slight yellowing), small previous owner last name on front free endpaper, closed tear to corner of front endpaper. 249 pages..
