Boston: Little, Brown and Company, (1982). First edition. One of 750 copies signed by Allard and noted novelist Thomas McGuane. Oblong quarto. 143, [1], [2, colophon] pp. With 141 color photographic illustrations by Allard. Publisher's quarter brown cloth over white cloth, gilt spine lettering, slipcase with laid down Allard plate and pull-out ribbon. Some abrasion to upper part of spine, else a very clean and handsome copy.
