Doane, Pelagie. 8vo, full green cloth, The first Judy Bolton Mystery, with cover design, endpapers and 4 interior grayscale illustrations on glossy paper by Pelagie Doane. With 5 titles on front dj flap, Nancy Drew titles on back of jacket list to The Sign of the Twisted Candles, 1933. Inside of jacket lists G&D series books. Inscribed to previous owner by the author in 1986. A hint of cocking, else fine in lightly edgeworn, unclipped dj with blue pencil mark to back panel, no other owner's marks.
