Greg LePak, July 10, 1979 Littleton, Colorado." This 256 page text recreates the Denver & Rio Grande's passenger system from 1871 to 1978. A story of outstanding accomplishments set against awesome mountain obstacles. Includes 400 rare and previously unpublished photographs, many passenger car drawings, four finely detailed full page station maps, five full color photographs, and endpaper illustrations. Fine in near fine dust jacket with four tiny closed tears and long abrasion to lower edge. A very handsome book.
