Slightly tender binding, bright gilt, handsome matching topstain. Contents are clean with mild yellowing to pages and no writing in text. dust jacket is Good Plus with chipping to the top and bottom edges of the browned spine. Tiny chips at corners and shelfwear including several nicks and tiny tears to edges. Inside the dust jacket edges have been reinforced with tape. On the back of the dust jacket 210 titles are listed, which is correct for the first edition.
