The Russian filmmaker's book Velikaya kriminalnaya revolyutsiya [The Great Criminal Revolution, but this edition is in Russian only], published in conjunction with his documentary of the same title, on the upheaval in the Russian economy and society under the first two years of "shock therapy" and privatization. Written during the events of October 1993 when Russia's parliament was abolished and violently suppressed, it interweaves the author's view of the unfolding crisis. Mass-market paperback, slight rubbing and wear to wraps from being stored and moved around as one of a packet of several copies; unread copy.
