American Printing History Association, 2006. 8vo. 17 poems printed by 15 American fine press printers. Foreword by Henry Lyman. Contents loose as issued in blue cloth clamshell box. Contributor's copy, with printed note from Jerry Kelly laid-in, this being the former copy of Ronald Gordon of The Oliphant Press, responsible for the printing of Mary Karr's 'A Blessing from my Sixteen Years' Son."
