Pages browned, brittle, damp stain on exterior lower edge at spine, triangular shaped - 2" up the spine3 3/4" across lower edge. Interior the stain is across the bottom edge, below the text. Strong stapled binding, picture of Victoria by "M.R" on front cover. Owner name written neatly across top edge of front cover..
