It explains why the United States is ideally equipped to use that weapon and take the offensive against the Axis. The author, like General Mitchell is and air power proponent fighting against an earthbound army and navy that cannot see how air power/superiority has given the Axis powers the ability to accomplish their military goals- Pearl Harbor, Poland, France. A clean very presentable copy in a Brodart mylar jacket.
