Original pictorial wrappers, 7.25 x 9.5 inches; [33] pp. of illustrations mostly reproduced from photographs, including double-page panoramic view over Oakland and Berkeley and across the Bay to San Francisco, and tri-fold two-sided panoramas of (on recto) Oakland from City Hall Tower, and (on verso) Ex-President Roosevelt Addressing an Audience at UC Berkeley's Greek Theater.
