Topics include the ancient Roman villa, Medici villas and those of Palladio, landscape gardens, Thomas Jefferson, and 19th and 20th century American villas. Imperial 8vo (8" x 10-1/2"), gray cloth with gilt lettering on spine, moss green end papers, minimal wear, two dark smudges on or near spine, faint dust soil to top edge.
