Northridge: Lord John Press, 1979. First edition. There were 300 SIGNED, numbered copies and 100 which also included an original drawing by the author. This copy states, "This is a presentation copy," is signed by Gardner and has a drawing of Vlemk on blank before colophon page drawn and initialled by Gardner. Fine in dust jacket with slight edge wear, one tiny closed tear and minor chipping on corners.
