About This Item

Evanston, IL: Marquette University, April 1975. First edition. Cardboard Covers. Very Good +. 6 x 9 inches. Contains pages 131-268. Pages are clean, bright and clean free of marking, soiling or staining. Bound in green and white cardstock with a little light wear and soiling. Significant due to the first appearance of the influential article by Leo Malania, who was Co-ordinator for Prayer Book Revision with the Standing Liturgical Commission, entitled "The New Rites: The Place of the Bishop." This is a nice copy this article in its first and original state. This article was one of the key elements of the discussion that preceded the proposed Prayer Book revisions which were presented in 1976 (and approved in 1979).
