There is some faint ghosting on the covers and spine from where a labels were removed. Evidence that remains include a small sticker on each fold-out map, a call number on title page and rear endpaper, a ghost of a square on the tilte page of each volume, and stamp on top foredge. Previous owner's bookplate on front fixed endpaper of both volumes. Bindings are tight. Set presents well.
