Profusely illustrated by aquatints drawn and engraved by Daniell for the First Edition published between 1824 and 1825 by Longman , Rees , Orme , and Brown . Daniell's aquatints are beautifully reproduced here in full color . The slipcase depicts the entrance to the port at Portreath , Cornwall . The title page shows the light-house at Flamboro' Head . The binding image shows a detail of In Fingal's Cave , Staffa . Bound in full buckram with the design by David Eccles . A beautiful treatment by The Folio Society .
