Quebec: William Cowan et Fils, 1843. First Thus. Octavo (20.5cm.); removed; iv,[2],130pp.; two folding plates. Title page (serving as upper cover) separated but present and extremities rather chipped, stock generally brittle though contents remain clean, plates in fine condition. Good or better overall. Compilation drawn from several texts, including the manuscripts of Ramusio and Hakluyt on three voyages made by Cartier. SABIN 10620.
