St. Paul: Minnesota Historical Society Press, 1955. Reprint. Hardcover. Very Good in Good dust jacket/Good. Illustrated by Bertsch, Carl W.. Clean pages except for light dust staining and some foxing on the outside edges of the page block; full cloth cover has a small brown spot at the lower front, a dark gray smudge near the spine head, and light shelfwear at spine heel; dust jacket bears age-toning, handling smudges at verticals, open chipping at spine ends and corners, and some small brown-gray spots scattered across the lower rear, spine, and lower left front, but remains striking, now protected in a clear sleeve.
