Signed and dedicated by Clara Janes to the title page, as well as having a loose signed note by Clara Janes to the same recipient. Clara Janes's book is autobiographic in nature, written in poetic prose, and recounts her return to writing following a six-year hiatus, after discovering the Czech poet Vladimir Holan and his A Night with Hamlet. Janes finds her poetic voice again in her vision of Ophelia, in response to Holan, and how this exchange will affect her subsequent work. Clara Janes is a Spanish poet and translator, and member of the Real Academia Española (the Royal Spanish Academy). Condition: This copy is in very good condition.
