About This Item
[Chalon-sur-Saône, France: Phototypie Bourgeois & Fils, nd. but no earlier than 1895].. [ca. 40 leaves, printed on rectos only]. Oblong quarto. Stiff decorated upper wrapper. Photographs and facsimiles. Upper wrapper quite soiled, some shallow chipping at edges, text printed on very cheap paper, hence rather tanned and delicate. Intact and almost good. Approximately 18 leaves are occupied by scenes around the winery and the remainder reproduce labels, jury awards and certificates of merit awarded to their production, the earliest dated 1873. Uncommon, no copies are located in WorldCat/OCLC.
