[6], vii-xxxiv, [2], 1-330, [2] pp. Black cloth with gold lettering blocked in red on the spine. Price of $7.50 on the front flap of the dust jacket. Illustrated with six plates and three folding maps. The first major history of a division of the Nazi army that grew to encapsulate 500,000 men. A blindstamp on the free front endpaper and a small bump to the corner of a few leaves; jacket has a faint dampstain on its reverse and moderate chipping and some sunning to its spine panel.
