New York: Candide Press, 1947. Limited/Numbered . Cloth. Very Good/Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Valentin Le Campion. 352 pp. Previous owner bookplate on the front free endpaper. The fore-corners of the covers are very slightly bumped. The binding is tight and square, and the text is clean. The jacket is chipped along the upper and lower edges and at the spine folds. Number 2269 in an edition of 2750. Signed by the translator on the half-title page.
