Schirmer/Mosel; (2013). First Edition . Soft cover. #156 of 300 copies of a "Registered Press Copy" issued April 15, 2013, near fine in original wraps. A little minor edgewear to the covers, and one faint reading crease down the spine. This was an advance revirew copy to establish the European copyright. Rear endpaper has an "X" marked through the limitation statement at the bottom of the page. Interior is fine; no names or other markings in or on the book. Includes many photographs (some in color) amd a section of Waits' poetry at the rear (also with photos). Introductions by Jim Jarmusch and Robert Christgau; 272 pages. A large, oversized book which may require additional shipping charges
