About This Item

The First UK printing published by Century, London in 2005 with full number line including the number '1'. The BOOK is in near Fine condition with original illustrated boards. Just a hint of toning to the extreme outer page edges. Free from inscriptions. The WRAPPER is in in near Fine condition with just some very faint toning. Far less than usually encountered. One small minor vertical crease to the upper panel edge. The wrapper is protected in a removable Brodart archival cover. 'Wall and Piece' comprises a three-part series of previously published books by Banksy, including 'Banging Your Head Against a Brick Wall', 'Existencilism', and 'Cut It Out'. Extremely scarce with the wrapper as the vast majority of books were issued without one. A sharp copy of an increasingly elusive title. More images available on request. Ashton Rare Books welcomes direct contact.

Synopsis

His identity remains unknown, but his work is prolific, and now for the first time, he is putting together the best of his work — old and new in a fully illustrated colour volume. Banksy, real name unknown, was born in Bristol. From the Trade Paperback edition.
