Racine, Wisconsin USA: Whitman Publishing Company, 1948. Published 1948. Light teal color illustrated cloth, with red tinted edges, illustrated endpapers, 251 pages, color illustrated dustjacket. The book is in good condition with very gently rubbed corners and spine ends, front cover vaguely foxed at top eighth edge and around residual edges of front cover, rear bottom left corner 'chewed' (width two millimeters, length one inch), sound text block, good hinges, name in ink atop blank frontis, otherwise clean pages with no names or other markings. The mylar protected dustjacket is not corner clipped and is also in good condition wtih a one inch rear cover chip at bottom left corner, very minor additional edgewear. . Hard Cover. Good/Good. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
